Health and Safety Advisor Services for North Stoke Community Diagnostic Centre

 

On behalf of University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust we invite you to submit a tender for the above project.

The Trust wishes to draw to your attention the following:

The Trust will utilise the e-Procurement Solution e-tendering service. In order to utilise this free to supplier service, potential bidding organisations will be required to register on UHNM’s e-tendering site which can be found at: https://uhns.eu-supply.com (https://uhns.eu-supply.com). When entering the site for the first time, please click on the  “Register on Line” button and then follow on-screen instructions, after which you will be required to agree to a standard User Agreement and then provide some basic  information about you and your organisation. Once the registration is complete, you will be provided with a login and password for future access. The Trust views the e-Procurement Solution service as a key enabler in its future procurement operations and we would encourage you to register at the earliest opportunity.

The contract shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the contract documents and / or on the reverse Trust Form.

Please be advised, suppliers with existing contracts on this project will not be considered for this role 

The duration of the construction phase programme is 47weeks, commencing October 2024.

Your tender is required to be submitted via the portal by 1st July 2024 12:00

Under no circumstances must your Offer be returned by POST, FAX or EMAIL.

The completed proposal, including associated documents, must be written in English and submitted as instructed above. Should you require any assistance with the e-portal, contact information is located at https://uhns.eu-supply.com (https://uhns.eu-supply.com). Please ensure that completed and signed copies of all the required documents are returned with your proposal – electronic signatures are permitted.  Any queries in relation to the Invitation to Quotation documents must be submitted via the messaging facility of the e-portal – no queries will be accepted or responded to either verbally over the phone or via e-mail.

Failure to comply with the above instructions will result in your tender being rejected

 

All individuals and organisations who submit tenders or quotations are hereby put on notice that the Trust will, at its absolute discretion, supply any information to third parties concerning the award of contracts, which it believes necessary in order to ensure that it complies with its statutory duties under the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
